After not being able to secure a deal with my existing car company, I branched out into private companies who lease cars. Amber Leasing have dealt with my husband's company before, but I wasn't sure if they did private, but lo and behold they do. I had an idea of what car I wanted, so I did some research and found that Amber actually had a deal on the car I liked at that time. I spoke to Jason, who very swiftly got the required emails sent out to me for the financial check, which I passed. Then, just days later the order form came through, I signed and the car was on order! Any questions I had throughout the process were answered promptly and with great knowledge from Gill. Where do I start in thanking Mark and Gill at Amber Car Leasing for their help in sourcing my new dream car, a BMW 5 Series M-Sport which I took delivery of last week.
Once I had made contact with Mark through their website the whole experience could not have been bettered. He sourced the exact model and colour that I wanted in such a friendly and efficient manner, never once being the pushy salesperson that I have experienced with some other leasing companies in the past.
Gill made the administrative side of the purchase so simple and again conducted the whole process in such a friendly way.

Like most businesses we received an e-mail of "fantastic offers" after looking at it in depth, it did seam a fantastic offer, a £52,000 Mercedes for £269.99 p./m. Only minor criticism was that because my choice of car was "in stock", I assumed I would receive it in 3-4 days or so, but it seems all vehicles can take 10-14 days to be delivered (financial checks etc) - which is fair enough, but I would have wanted that to have been made more clear from the start.
