Business Development Manager / Senior Fleet & Leasing Consultant 

Salary depends on experience plus uncapped OTE

We’re looking for a hungry, passionate B2B Sales Development Manager to join our well established, fast growing & dynamic team based in the village of Alderley Edge, Cheshire 

You will be offering SME & Corporate Client’s our range of vehicle leasing products and Fleet Management services. This opportunity offers a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to progress in line with our exciting business growth plan.    

Qualifications needed? 

We’re looking for someone to come and join our fun & dynamic team with a proven track record in a B2B Vehicle Leasing environment, experienced in working with SME and Corporate business clients. 

Business Development Role requirements

• Generating new Business leads and Prospects 

• Outbound Prospecting / Lead Generation 

• Attend B2Business Networking events in person and online  

• Inbound Enquiry Handling / Qualification. 

• B2B vehicle leasing & fleet management experience 

• A natural ability to converse at all levels 

• In depth knowledge of industry processes and products including Fleet Management

• A proven track record in building a new client base and developing relationships

Above all, you’ll be comfortable working under you own initiative and within a fun and dynamic team, be ambitious and sales driven, focused on achieving KPI’s, call and revenue targets. With excellent communication and business development skills, you will be able to work on your own initiative providing excellent customer service. 

This is a new Role within the Business and offers the right Candidate a fantastic opportunity to grow in line with the business, furthering the growth of the B2B Department which in turn would lead to a Management position for the right Candidate.        

This is a full time (permanent) office-based position. Our normal hours of business are Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm, but some additional time / work may be required outside of normal hours for attending events etc.

We’ll offer you a competitive basic salary (negotiable) with an OTE of £XXXX (uncapped) in the first year based on achieving a range of key performance indicators. You’ll enjoy 21 days holiday (plus public holidays)
